Build and revisit a plan

Enter your assumptions in Build a plan, then choose View my projection. Tap or drag on the chart to inspect a year. Save a named plan, with optional notes, to revisit it in Saved.

Selecting a saved plan opens its projection. Edit returns to its assumptions. Use Update to save changes to that plan, including its name or notes; Save as new plan keeps a separate copy.

What happens when I reopen the app?

Returning from the background keeps your current plan and screen while the app process is still running. Switching apps or a brief system interruption does not intentionally reset your work.

A full process restart starts a fresh unsaved plan. This can happen after force-closing the app, restarting your device or the operating system ending the background process. Saved plans, their notes, your preferred currency and walkthrough preference remain in local storage. Save a plan before leaving if you need to revisit it; unsaved work is not restored after a full restart.

Where are my saved plans?

Open Saved on the same device or browser where you saved the plan. Plans are stored locally; there is no app account or cloud-sync service. A plan saved on one device does not automatically appear on another.

You can delete plans in Saved. Do not clear app or browser data, uninstall, or delete plans as a troubleshooting step if you still need them. There is no in-app restore or editable-plan backup/import feature. Operating-system backups may include local data, but this is not a verified recovery guarantee.

If saving or loading fails, note the error, check available device storage and contact support before removing data. Eternal Academy does not receive your saved plans and cannot retrieve them from an app server.

What do projections mean?

Compound Investor is an educational scenario calculator. It uses the amounts, frequency, duration and constant growth and inflation assumptions you select. Taxes, fees and market volatility are not modeled. Results are illustrations, not forecasts, guaranteed returns or financial advice. The app does not connect to financial accounts or execute investments.

Automatic inflation values are editable planning assumptions, not current rates or forecasts. Currency selection changes the display and its default inflation assumption; it does not fetch exchange rates or convert an existing amount into another currency.

Sharing a projection

Share creates a projection image for a destination you choose through the device’s sharing controls. The image can include the plan name, financial assumptions, currency, chart and calculated results. Optional notes are excluded from the generated image; manually captured screenshots may still show them.

Check the image and plan name before sharing. A shared image is not an editable-plan backup. Copies held by recipients or other services remain after you delete the plan locally.

Optional tips and billing help

All planning features remain free. If available in your iOS build, one-time tips in the Support tab use Apple’s App Store and do not unlock features. If tips are unavailable, you can continue using the calculator. For an App Store charge, follow Apple’s refund request guidance; Apple decides eligibility.

On web and Android, the app can open the developer’s Buy Me a Coffee page. Any payment there is handled by that service. These are optional support routes, not download links or evidence that a public app listing is available.

Contact support

Email contact@eternalacademy.com with what happened, what you expected, the app version, device model and operating-system or browser version. If your email app cannot open, copy the address into your preferred email service.

Do not send bank details, financial account information, credentials or private saved-plan names, notes or amounts. Reproduce issues using a synthetic plan before attaching a screenshot. Nothing is sent until you choose to send your message.
