This covers the Eternal Academy studio website, operated by Umesh Saini, trading as Eternal Academy. The apps and external services linked from it have separate data handling.
Page requests and server logs
Opening a page or image sends a request to the website host. The request can include your IP address, the requested address and query, browser information and a referring page.
Cloudflare Pages is the intended host for this website. Cloudflare processes connection and traffic information to serve and protect websites, as described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Hosting records may include request time, address and query, response status and size, browser and referrer information, and network addresses. These records can be used to operate the website and investigate failures or abuse.
The website adds no application logging code. This does not establish an absence of provider processing or records. Actual production hosting and account settings, any proxy or additional logging, who can access records, and how long they are retained or how deletion requests are handled still need operator confirmation. No retention period or absence of other collection is established by this policy.
Keep private information out of website URLs and email-subject query links: a query can appear in server logs, browser history or a referrer. Use only a product name or a non-sensitive topic.
Optional appearance preference
The website follows your system’s light or dark preference unless you choose Light or Dark here. With JavaScript and browser storage available, that choice is saved locally under eternalacademy.theme for later visits. It has no expiry set by this website.
The theme value is read by the page and is not sent by this website’s scripts. If storage is blocked, appearance still works for the current page. With JavaScript off, the website follows the system preference and the email address, text and navigation remain available.
Your browser’s site-storage controls can remove this website’s saved preference. This is separate from app data: do not clear a product’s storage to troubleshoot it. Cached website files are also separate from product backups or saved progress.
Email contact and privacy questions
The contact page prepares a mailto: link. Choosing a product or intent changes the subject locally; these choices are not submitted to a website contact backend. Your email app or service handles composing and sending.
If you send an email to contact@eternalacademy.com, your email service and the receiving mail service process the message and routing information. Eternal Academy receives the sender address, subject, message and any attachments you choose to send, so it can consider your enquiry and reply. Email is not protected by an app’s content-encryption mechanism.
Avoid credentials, recovery codes, private documents, financial details or proprietary code. An email link cannot confirm delivery, and this website sends no automatic confirmation email.
The receiving mailbox is hosted by Zoho and is accessed only by Umesh Saini. Zoho’s privacy policy describes its service and data handling. The mailbox’s storage location and provider backup settings have not been verified here.
Umesh Saini reviews the support mailbox quarterly and deletes resolved enquiries and their attachments 12 months after closure, unless they are still needed for an active issue or required records. Zoho and backup copies may have separate retention; the provider settings and backup deletion schedule remain to be confirmed.
For website privacy questions or a request about information you have shared by email, email contact@eternalacademy.com. Umesh Saini reviews these requests, including requests to delete past messages. A request does not guarantee deletion of information that must be retained or immediate removal from provider backups.
Links and local previews
The studio pages serve their text, styling and product preview images from this website. The prepared build adds no analytics or advertising script, embedded app, third-party font request or contact API. This describes the build; it does not exclude host, browser or email-provider processing.
Product actions and other external links take you to a separate service. Its own privacy information applies when you visit it.
